History of Dynamic Fitness.com
The founder and president, Lawrence Bertacchi, started Dynamic Fitness with a few of his friends as a small retail outlet selling quality home exercise equipment in 1994 with the goal of having some fun being involved with what they loved. A second store was added in 1997 and has continued to grow from from the beginning. Our goal from day 1 was to bring to market only reputable quality products that work correctly and offer our customers an opportunity to make an educated buying decision to ensure they may make the right purchase. We also wanted a place where everyone knows each other and can have "fun" hanging out with others who have similar interests and enjoy that environment.
In 1998 sports nutrition and vitamins were added to the lineup as our stores continued to grow. Obviously with the coming technology of the internet on the horizon we began an attempt at ecommerce only to have minimal success due to technology flaws and lack of funding. Along the way, we grew more educated as to the needs of the gym customer and continued to add products that had value to the lineup.
In 2000 we opened our first Smooth Blends Juice Bar inside a large health club with great success and over the last couple of years opened a second and third location. This really helped us learn what products our gym customers wanted and were looking for.
Through our experience we've tried to bring together in one place everything for fitness. Whether it be for the home or the gym we have what you need!

Greetings to those who've ventured this far down to read the background of DynamicFitness.com. I figure if you read to this point the least I could do would be to personally thank you myself. Thank you for taking the time and interest.
First of all, you the customer is whom we wish to serve. Now I know this sounds cliche' but it's the truth. The way we wish to serve is what's important. My standard for our stores has always been to only carry products that work, that are priced with value, and manufactured by reputable companies that stand behind what they sell. Since we are all customers on some level to someone else, I feel its important to only sell to you real products that work like we are told they should. Considering the fact that today, not only in the fitness industry but in all industries, there are so many products to choose from. I feel it is our obligation to you to only offer products that have to value based on the standards I mentioned. One thing is for sure, you might find other sites with more products, but you can always count on the fact that what we offer is at least a reputable representation of that item.
This brings us to the second point. It is our goal to help you in everyway we can to find the path to fitness. I personally believe that if a person is living an active lifestyle incorporating sound nutrition and exercise that the world is a little less stressed out and we all might be a little nicer to each other. So if you need help trying to figure out what mix of products, activity, nutrition, and attitude you need, contact us and we will follow our committment to help educate, inform, and steer you on the path to fitness.
Lastly, our site is always evolving. In fact (We'll call it Version 5.0 just for fun) our new website is scheduled for launch the first part of June.
