FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM : We recognize that most people want to know “total cost” to buy something when it's selected, therefore Dynamicfitness.com offers FREE SHIPPING on most items other than sports nutrition items and certain equipment products like weight plates and dumbbells. Items with FREE SHIPPING will have “ FREE SHIPPING ” noted in the “Add to Cart” Box. Since shipping is included, these items when purchased will have no additional shipping or handling charges added at time of checkout. Please note that "FREE SHIPPING" means the shipping is included in the price. In the event of a return of an item, the amount refunded will be less the shipping amount to the customer from our warehouse plus any any additional fees according to our policies below. This applies to standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Items that are shipped outside the continental U.S. including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. FLAT RATE SHIPPING PROGRAM: All orders less than $200 will incur a total shipping charge of $5.95. Sport Drinks and orders over 10 pounds are not included in the shipping program and will incur an additional shipping charge added to the flat rate charge. GROUND SHIPPING: Most internet orders will be shipped via UPS , DHL, or USPS . In some cases larger items will require freight carriers to ship (see Freight Deliveries below). Orders submitted before 2:00 EST Monday thru Friday will be processed daily and in most cases ship the same day. Internet orders submitted after 2:00 EST are shipped the next business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day (Monday). All shipping services subject to merchandise on hand. Many items ship from various locations around the country and therefore the shipping time varies on location of the warehouse and the customer.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for Ground packages. All delivery days are working days, which do not include weekends.
APO/FPO, P.O. BOXES: Orders requiring delivery will ship via USPS only. There may be cases where drop ship items may not be able to be delivered to P.O. Box, in which case you will be notified and an alternative shipping address can be determined at that time or your can be cancelled.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify this at the time of order. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments regarding delivery, please place your order over the phone with our customer service department to ensure proper delivery. Delivery requirements must be expressed at the time of order. Delivery requirements cannot be changed once an order is placed.

US PRIORITY MAIL: We recommend this option for PO Boxes and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, AND HAWAII: We ship by US Postal Service, DHL and UPS. We recommend the US Postal service as an effective and cost efficient manner of shipping. However, we can ship via UPS, DHL.
FREIGHT DELIVERIES: All items delivered by freight carrier will be delivered only to the customer's driveway and not be responsible to take the freight off the back of the truck! Known as “curbside” delivery, it the drivers option to help beyond this point. If additional handling, such as inside delivery, is required please call us so that we can arrange to have your specific needs met and let you know what it will cost.
ASSEMBLY OF ITEMS: Inside delivery and assembly of items may be available for an additional fee. Please call us for details.
STORAGE FEES: If a delivery company is unable to arrange delivery, you may be liable for storage and additional handling fees. Failure to arrange for delivery may result in additional fees for both storage and shipping back to our facility. Dynamicfitness.com will not be responsible for any fees as a result of failed deliveries. Items returned in this fashion will result in charges according to our return policy plus and freight charges that are incurred. Please advise family and friends if necessary to avoid any possible handling delays.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product will incur a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. If you refuse a shipment due to damage and subsequently cancel, you will be charged a cancellation and restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace the damaged product. If a product is received damaged, please call customer service at 800-797-6287 so that we may assess damage and replace or repair the product.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Most orders are processed the same day of the order and sometimes within minutes of placing the order. If your order was placed by mistake or with errors it is imperative that you contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed but not shipped and you decide to cancel you will incur a 5% processing fee. Changes to orders received will not incur any fees. Orders cancelled after the order has reached the shipping process cannot be canceled. All orders must receive a Cancel Authorization Number in order for an order to be considered "Cancelled". Refused orders will be handled according to our "Refused Shipments" policy above.

100% 14 DAY REFUND POLICY: Dynamicfitness.com offers a 14 day 100% refund policy. This policy only applies to sports nutrition and vitamins that are unopened and any safety seals still intact. In the unlikely event you want to return an item you must contact us immediately to receive a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of the shipping date. Once the RA number is received place the items in an appropriate size box and put the RA number on the outside of the box. Shipping will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Dynamicfitness.com. You will be given credit after the product is received and processed at our facility. In the event the item(s) do not make it back to our facility a refund will not be issued.

REFUNDS FOR OPENED MERCHANDISE: If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we cannot give you a refund. However we will go back to the manufacturer and find out if you can go back to them for a refund. Most manufacturing companies stand behind their products. In the event a refund is possible we will contact you, informing you how to proceed. Items older than 60 days will not be eligible for return.
HARD GOODS AND MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
RETURNING UNWANTED HARD GOODS OR MERCHANDISE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE: Dynamicfitness.com has a 100% - 7 day return policy. Dynamicfitness.com will accept returned merchandise within 7 days of your receipt date for full refund. Dynamicfitness.com will not refund any incurred shipping charges. Items sold with free shipping means shipping included and will not be refunded. In the event of a refund, a copy of the shipping invoice will be included with refund. Merchandise must be returned in a shipping box to protect the item that is being returned. The item being returned must be in the original packaging, unopened condition. Items returned used or unable to be sold due to packaging damage or lost parts will not be refunded. Seven (7) day return is calculated starting from the date received from shipper to the date the item is shipped back verified by shipping documents. After 7 days items are not eligible for return.
